About José Miguel
José Miguel Fletcher is an accomplished executive with more than 30 years of experience in business strategy, financial analysis, and project management. He has held senior roles at leading companies like América Movil, Telmex, ATT – Mexico, Huawei and Inbursa. He has also held the roles of CFO and interim CEO in several organisations.
José Miguel has worked in strategic planning, financial valuation, business plan analysis and development and has played a strategic role in multi-million transactions and decisions. He is also highly skilled in managing high-profile projects and driving change, with a focus on achieving successful outcomes in complex and dynamic environments.
José Miguel currently serves as Chairman of the Board at MXT Holdings, the 4th largest wireless tower and fiber infrastructure company in Mexico and as Operating Partner for ARDIAN, a Francebased, independent private equity investment company.
Besides his professional career, José Miguel is a lecturer at the prestigious ITESM’s EGADE Business School, where he teaches master’s level courses in Management and Finance, focusing on Corporate Finance where he shares his vast knowledge and practical insights with the next generation of business leaders.
José Miguel holds dual MBA degrees from the University of Texas at Austin and Tecnológico de Monterrey (ITESM), as well as a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico. Besides his native Spanish, he is fluent in English.
